Membership
Our requirements are simple. If you live or work in Clallam County, you and any of your family and relatives are eligible for membership. There is no cost to join; however you’ll need to make a deposit of $5* to establish your membership/account.
Local Service
For over 80 years, Strait-View Credit Union has been locally owned by the members. With first rate financial services our members money stays right here in the community working for the local economy.
As a not-for profit financial cooperative, Strait View Credit Union returns excess profits to our members. That translates into high earnings on savings, fewer and lower fees, and lower interest on loans. That means the more credit union services you use, the more money in your pocket.
It Pays to Save at SVCU
We have a variety of deposit services to help you with your savings goals. All accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, an agency of the Federal government up to $250,000, and an additional $250,000 for Individual Retirement Accounts.

Become a Member
To become a member, please visit your local branch and be sure to bring the following:
- Valid ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.) and a utility bill if you have moved in the last 30 days.
- Cash or a check for at least $5, payable to Strait View Credit Union (for your Membership Share)
