How You, Too, Can Join! Our requirements are simple. If you live or work in Clallam County, you and any relative are eligible for membership. There is no cost to join; however you’ll need to make a deposit of $5 to establish your account. The $5 must remain on deposit in order to keep your account open. It pays to save at Strait-View CU. We have a variety of deposit services to help you with your savings goals. Most accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, an agency of the Federal government, to $250,000, and Individual Retirement Accounts to $250,000, see our NCUA brochure for complete details.
